摘　　要：目的总结单侧毁损肺的外科治疗经验。方法对48例单侧毁损肺行胸膜全肺切除术。结果手术失血800～4300ml，大于1000ml 42例，其中大于3000ml 13例，无死亡病例，术后并发症6例。结论胸膜全肺切除治疗单例毁损肺是一种疗效满意的方法，但要积极治疗并发症。Objective To study the treatment of surgical for unilateral destroyed lung. Methods From 1986 to 2006 we performed pleuropneumonectomy treat on 48 cases of unilateral destroyed lung. Result The volume of blood loss during operation 800 to 4300ml, over 1000ml was 42 cases, 13 cases over 3000ml incidence of postoperative complication occurred in 6 cases. Conclusion Pleuropnemonectomy on the cases of unilateral destroyed lung can get satisfied results and mangmemet of pastoperative complications.
