摘 要:用电解法分离基体铜后,电解液经强碱性阴离子交换柱,使锌与其他元素分离;以0.5 mol/L硝酸作洗脱液,洗脱树脂吸附的锌;用二甲酚橙为指示剂,EDTA滴定法测定洗脱液中的锌。对阴离子交换树脂分离锌的条件进行了研究。结果表明,上柱溶液中盐酸浓度为2 mol/L,洗脱液硝酸浓度为0.5 mol/L,洗脱速度在6~8 mL/min时锌的回收率较高。用本法测定了黄铜标准样品中的锌,测定结果与认定值相符,加标回收率在98.7%~100.5%之间。After separating matrix copper by electrolysis, zinc in the electrolytic solution passing through the strong basic anion-exchange column is separated from other elements. Zinc absorbed by resin is eluted with the eluent of 0.5 mol/L nitric acid,zinc in the eluant is then determined by EDTA titration with the xylenol orange as a indicator. The conditions of separating zinc by the way of anionexchange resin were studied. The results showed that the recovery of zinc was much higher when the concentration of hydrochloric acid in the electrolytic solution passing through column, the concentration of nitric acid as a eluent and the eluting speed were 2 mol/L, 0.5 mol/L and 6-8 mL/min respectively. In the application of the method to the determination of zinc-in brass standard samples, the experimental values accorded with the standard values and the recoveries of 98.7%-100.5% were obtained.
