摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP~AES)测定了铸铁中镧和铈。样品用硝酸和高氯酸溶解,蒸发冒烟至近干,盐酸溶解后,在379.478 nm或408.672 nm波长下,用ICP-AES测定镧,检出限为0.022μg/mL或0.012μg/mL,测定下限为0.22 gg/mL或0.12μg/mL;在413.380 nm波长下测定铈,检出限和测定下限分别为0.010μg/mL和0.10μg/mL。测定中的基体效应用基体匹配方法消除,共存元素的干扰应用仪器软件中谱线干扰校正程序克服。方法已成功地应用于球墨铸铁标准样品中镧和铈的测定,结果与认定值相吻合。A method for determining La and Ce in cast iron by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) is described. The sample was dissolved in nitric acid and perchloric acid, followed by fuming with perchloric acid until near dry. After dissolution in hydrochloric acid, La was determined by ICP-AES at 379. 478 nm or 408. 672 nm with the detection limit of 0. 022 μg/mL or 0. 012 μg/mL,and the determination low limit of 0.22 μg/mL or 0.12 μg/mL. Determination of Ce was carried out at a wavelength of 413. 380 nm,with the detection limit of 0.010 μg/mL and the determination low limit of 0. 10 μg/mL. The matrix effect was overcome by using the matrix matching method. The interference effects of coexistent elements were eliminated by using the correction program of spectral line interferences in the software. The method was used to the determination of La and Ce in the nodular cast iron standard reference materials with satisfactory results.
