摘　　要：对半导体激光器(LD)电噪声特性进行了小波分析,定位g-r噪声转折频率。根据LabVIEW6.0软件的虚拟仪器特性,设计了虚拟的FFT分析仪,实现LD电噪声的时域波形显示、谱分析、互谱分析、谱密度分析以及频率响应分析。The g-r noise at the tuming point frequency is located based on wavelet analysis of the characters of the semiconductor lasers （LD） electronic noise. Refer to the virtual instrument characters of LabVIEW 6. 0, the virtua/FFT analysis instrument is designed to realize some functions which include the time domain waveform display,the spectral analysis,the spectrum density analysis,cross spectrum analysis and the frequency response analysis.
