摘　　要：介绍了文献传递服务的作用,探讨了济南大学图书馆文献传递服务的现状,针对文献传递服务中出现的问题,提出了搞好文献传递服务工作的建议。This paper introduces the functions of document delivering service, probes into the present situation of document delivering service in Jinan University＇s library, and in the light of some problems existing in the document delivering service, advances some suggestions for doing well the document delivering service.
