摘　　要：通过对经济犯罪的概念、特征、现状及成因的分析,探讨了预防和打击经济犯罪的对策。Through analyzing on the concepts, features, present situation and the reasons of the economic crime, this paper probes into some countermeasures for preventing and cracking down the economic crime.
