摘  要:研究了在频率为ω的三维谐振势中,彼此独立的N个粒子组成的少体系统的广义泰米系数的推导过程.广义泰米系数已被广泛应用于处理量子点系统能谱的问题中,使用广义泰米系数技术,利用数值矩阵对角化的方法,少体量子点系统的能谱问题得到了很好的解决.The deduction process of the GTM coefficient in few-body system which was composed of N independent particles confined in two dimensional harmonic potential by frequency of ω was studied. The generalized Talmi-Moshinsky (GTM) coefficients were introduced as a basic tool in the study of energy spectra in few-body quantum dots. With the help of the GTM coefficients the energy spectra of a quantum dot with few electrons were calculated by using the method of numerical matrix diagonalization.
