摘　　要：目的:探讨下肢关节肉芽水肿创面治疗和保护关节功能的方法。方法:查阅我院15年来烧伤创面治疗中发生下肢关节的水肿型肉芽创面病历资料,其中采用美宝(湿润烧伤膏)加弹性绷带加压治疗愈合者62例(96个创面),分析该方法对下肢关节的水肿创面的治疗效果和对关节功能的保护作用。结果:本组62例未经植皮全部治愈,并经1年随访无一例出现增生性瘢痕。部分患者有局限性瘢痕,但质软,关节无功能障碍。结论:对下肢及跨越关节的水肿型肉芽创面应用美宝加弹性绷带加压治疗,有利于创面的自行愈合,对关节功能也有很好的保护作用。Objective： To find a method for treating lower limb joint granulation edema wounds and protect the function of the joints. Method： Analysis of the data of treating 62 cases of lower limb joint edema in the past 15 years was made. Result： 62 cases involving 96 wounds were cured by MEBO and elastic bandage therapy. No skin grating was needed. After followed up for one year, no hyperplastic scar formed. Only a few wounds healed with soft scar. No functional disturhanee happened. Conclusion： MEBO and elastic bandage therapy can promote wound healing and protect the function of the joints.
