摘　　要：目的:总结MEBO在治疗足部皮肤脱套伤的作用,提高脱套伤治疗水平。方法:17例足部脱套皮肤被修剪成含真皮下血管网皮套、原位回植,加压包扎,5～7天后开始应用MEBO直至创面完全愈合。结果:足部创面治愈后瘢痕增生少,色素沉着少,踝关节功能较好。结论:MEBO能显著提高足部皮肤脱套伤的治疗效果。Objective ： To sum up the experience in treating foot skin degloved injury with MEBO, in order to raise the level of the treatment. Method： 17 eases of degloved skin injury in foot were repaired in situ and bandaged. 5 to 7 days after operation, MEBO was applied until the wounds healed. Result： All the patients were cured. The ankle function recovered very well. Only a few sears and slight pigmentation formed after wound healing. Conclusion： MEBO is very effieaeious in treating degloved skin injury of foot.
