MEBO治疗婴儿间擦疹及臀部红斑的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨MEBO治疗婴儿间擦疹及臀部红斑的临床疗效,总结临床治疗经验。方法:将2000年1月～2006年9月,接诊治疗的婴儿间擦疹60例及臀部红斑260例分别随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用MEBO治疗,对照组使用氧化锌软膏治疗,评价两种疗法对间擦疹与臀部红斑的临床疗效和安全性。结果:间擦疹:治疗组的平均疗程为5．24±2．77天,对照组为8．76±2．43天,P<0．001,具有非常显著性差异,治疗组的于治疗后第3天、7天、10天的有效率均明显高于对照组;臀部红斑:治疗组的平均疗程为4．47±2．49天,对照组为8．34±2．98天,P<0．001,也具有非常显著性差异,治疗组治疗后第3天、7天、10天的有效率均明显高于对照组。结论:MEBO对间擦疹及臀部红斑疗效显著,优于常规治疗方法。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating infantile intertrigo and erythema in haunch and to sum up clinical experience. Method： 60 cases of infantile intertrigo and 260 cases of erythema in haunch were divided into 2 groups and were treated respectively with MEBO and Zinc Oxide Ointment. The efficacy and the safety of the drugs were assessed. Result： For treating intertrigo, the average treatment course of MEBO was 5.24 ± 2. 77 days, and the average treatment course of Zinc Oxide Ointment was 8. 76 ± 2. 43 days. The difference between the 2 groups was very significant （ P 〈0. 01 ）. The effective rates after 3, 7 and 10 days of MEBO treatment were respectively higher than that of Zinc Oxide Ointment treatment. For treating erythema, the average treatment course of MEBO was 4. 47 ± 2. 49 days, and the average treatment course of Zinc Oxide Ointment was 8. 34 ± 2. 98 days. The difference between the 2 groups was very significant （ P 〈0.01）. The effective rates after 3, 7 and 10 days of MEBO treatment were respectively higher than that of Zinc Oxide Ointment treatment. Conclusion： MEBO is superior to Zinc Oxide Ointment in treating infantile intertrigo and erythema in haunch.
