摘　　要：目的:观察MEBO在文唇术中的作用,探寻减少文唇术后并发症的方法。方法:治疗组50例,于文唇术后当天即在创面上涂MEBO,每日4～6次;同时设对照组50例,创面当天涂阿昔洛韦软膏,每日4～6次,直至创面愈合。结果:治疗组创面平均愈合时间6±2天,创面未见瘢痕形成;对照组创面平均愈合时间10±3天,其中3例感染,2例瘢痕形成,随访3个月后瘢痕变软,遗留轻度色素沉着。结论:文唇术后应用MEBO,愈合时间短,并可有效预防创面感染及瘢痕增生等并发症。Objective： To study the efficacy of MEBO in preventing complications after tattooing of lips. Method： In treatment group, 50 cases were treated with MEBO after tattooing of lips. MEBO was applied 4 to 6 times every day until the wounds healed. As a control, 50 cases were treated with Acyclovir Ointment, 4 to 6 times a day until the wounds healed. Result： The average wound healing time of MEBO group was 6 ± 2 days. The wounds healed with no scar, The average wound healing of Acyclovir Ointment treatment group was 10 ± 3 days. 3 of them had wound infections and 2 of them had scars. After followed up for 3 months, the scars turned soft but slight pigmentation emerged. Conclusion： After tattooing of lips, MEBO.treatment can promote wound healing and prevent wound infection and scar formation.
