摘  要:重点研究了钻井液性能对水淹层固井胶结质量的影响规律,试图通过强化钻井液的相关性能、改善钻井液技术的途径来提高水淹层的固井质量。通过研究,得出的基本结论是:①钻井液性能对于水淹层固井界面胶结质量的控制至关重要;②影响水淹层固井质量的主要性能是钻井液的滤失造壁性能。在水淹层封固段形成致密坚韧、渗透率低的泥饼能够有效减轻水淹层对固井质量的不利影响;③为了保证水淹层的固井质量,应在水淹层区块钻井和完井的全过程使用抑制性强,造壁性能好的优质钻井液体系,精心维护性能;④水淹层固井时,通过使用特殊的胶乳冲洗隔离液对封固表面进行预处理,能够减轻钻井液对封固界面胶结质量的不利影响,增加封固表面的反应活性,密实胶结界面,从而提高水淹层的固井质量。The influence of drilling fluids on the cement job quality in water flooded formations is studied in an effort to improve the cement job quality through the selection of drilling fluid properties.It is concluded that: 1) Drilling fluid properties play an important role in the cement job quality in water flooded formations.2) The filtration and wall-building property of drilling fluids is the key factor affecting cement job quality in water flooded formations,a tight and tough mud cake with low permeability will help mitigate the negative effect of water flooded formations on cement jobs.3) Using inhibitive drilling fluids with good wall-building property and carefully maintaining the mud properties in drilling and completing water flooded formations will give birth to a good cement job.4) Pretreatment of the bonding interface of cement sheath and casings with a latex spacer fluid may mitigate the negative effect of drilling fluid on the cement job quality,and increase the reactivity of the bonding interface,thus leading to a high cement job quality.
