摘  要:采用低分子量化合物制备了FPF清洁无聚携砂液,该携砂液的特点是遇到轻质油会发生水化,黏度最终降到5 mPa.s以下,水化液呈透明流体,能够在裂缝周边及时水化,保证了压裂、压裂防砂、挤压充填形成的裂缝,确保油井生产。由于携砂液中没有添加任何聚合物,因此其对地层的渗透率伤害在5%以下,残渣量小于0.5%,同时具有较高的携砂能力。现场试验表明,FPF携砂液性能可靠,它与压裂、防砂作业相结合,返排率高,对地层污染小,能够有效提高油井的产量;该携砂液配制简单,适合于中低温油井的压裂、防砂作业。Using low-molecular weight chemicals,a clear,polymer-free carrier fluid,FPF,was formulated.When in contact with light oil,the carrier fluid becomes hydrated,and the viscosity of the fluid drops down to below 5 mPa·s.The hydrated carrier fluid is clear and can help the formation of fractures in fracturing jobs.This carrier fluid causes very low permeability impairment to the reservoir,since no polymers are added to the fluid and the residue of the fluid is less than 0.5%.The application of this fluid showed that the performance of this fluid is satisfactory.If used in fracturing and sand control jobs,the formation damage can be greatly reduced.The formulation of this carrier fluid is simple and it is suitable for use in low-temperature oil well fracturing and sand control.
