摘 要:在开发塔河油田盐下油气藏钻井中,针对石炭系和三叠系泥页岩坍塌掉块的问题,提出了以无机盐和有机聚合物相结合提高钻井液的抑制性,以封堵型防塌剂和聚合铝协同作用封堵微裂缝,阻止压力传递的技术思路,研发出了强抑制、强包被、强封堵的多元防塌钻井液体系。该体系能很好地抑制泥页岩造浆和硬脆性地层的剥落掉块,有效地防止在砂岩井段形成厚泥饼,减少缩径和压差卡钻的可能,能很好地减少对水敏、盐敏和碱敏性储层的伤害,油气层保护效果好,能很好地解决胶结力差地层的稳定性问题。该体系在TK1108井进行了现场应用,效果良好。A new drilling mud characteristic of strong chemical inhibition,encapsulation and sealing capacity was developed in drilling the Carboniferous and Triassic shales in Ta He oilfield.Inorganic salt and polymer(for chemical inhibition),sealing agent and Polyaluminium Chloride(for sealing and plugging fractures and fissures in the formations) were used to formulate the mud.Downhole problems such as water-sensitive and/or brittle shales,tight hole and differential pressure pipe sticking and reservoir impairment(caused by water,salts and bases from drilling muds) were successfully solved using this mud.This mud is suitable for drilling in formations with poor cementation.The application of this mud in Well TK1108 was quite successful.
