摘  要:新型广谱暂堵剂GPJ具有可油溶、可变形、带正电的特点,可通过其软化、变形及静电吸附作用快速地在近井壁处形成一层韧性强、渗透性低的“油膜”暂堵屏障,最大限度地阻止钻井液中的固相和液相侵入油气层,且应用时不需要GPJ与地层孔喉进行粒径匹配,所造成的深部堵塞可随油井投产自动解除。GPJ在大港油田已现场应用了8口井,其中3口应用井的测试结果表明,表皮系数均为负值;试验井的产量超过了地质配产,且每米采液指数超过了采用常规屏蔽暂堵技术的邻井,说明采用新型广谱暂堵技术能够进一步提高对油气层的保护效果。An oil soluble,deformable and positively charged temporary plugging agent,GPJ,is introduced in this paper.GPJ can produce a tough,low-permeability 'oil film' around the bore hole though softening,deformation and electrostatic adsorption,to prevent the drill solids and mud filtrate from entering the reservoir formations.The application of GPJ does not need the match of the size of GPJ with that of the pore throats.The plugging of the reservoir formation by GPJ can be removed through well production.GPJ had been used in 8 wells in Dagang oilfield,in which 3 wells gave negative skin factors.The production of the wells has exceeded the allocated production of the wells.The production indices of these wells are greater than that of the adjacent wells using conventional temporary plugging technology.This showed that the reservoir protection using GPJ is quite successful.
