摘　　要：陕西省户县自2005年初开始实施新型农村合作医疗制度,为了解该制度实施1年后农民的认知及态度,为调整和完善新型农村合作医疗政策提供科学依据,户县新型农村合作医疗管理委员会办公室对50个样本行政村的1978名农民进行了调查走访,从农民对新型农村合作医疗的知晓、参加和评价,到农民对门诊和住院报销情况的认知,以及对新型农村合作医疗定点机构的选择等内容进行了调查和分析,并提出存在的问题和建议。Huxian has implemented New Rural Cooperative Medical System since the beginning of year 7005. In order to find out farmers＂ cognitions and attitudes to New Cooperative Medical System after one year＇s implement and provide scientific basis for improving and perfecting New Rural Cooperative Medical System, Huxian Cooperative Management Office made a survey to 1978 farmers from 50 pilot administrative country in terms of awareness, attendance, evaluation of farmers to New Rural Cooperative Medical System, the understanding on reimbursement of outpatient and hospitalization expenses and the chosen of cooperative medical pilot hospital. This article analyzes the above-mentioned investigation report, points out the existing question in New Rural Cooperative Medical System and gives out advice on it.
