摘　　要：探讨了Tactel纤维的结构和物理机械性能，提出了Tactel纤维与棉纤维交织织物的前处理工艺和Lanaset PA染料溢流染色工艺，并介绍大车生产注意事项和解决措施。试验表明，Tactel／棉交织物宜选用轻煮重漂工艺，定形温度控制在180—190℃，染色时升温速率一般为1℃／min。Structure and physical properties of Tactel fiber are introduced, pretreatment and Lanaset PA dyeing process of Tactel/cotton blended fabric are carried out, matters needing attention and measures in bulk production are put forward. Results show that feasible process of Tactel/cotton blended fabric is as follows： lightened scouring and intensified bleaching, heat setting at 180 - 190℃ , and 1℃/minute temperature rising rate in dyeing.
