摘　　要：目的调查糖尿病患者在入院和出院时对健康教育知识、方法的需求。方法用自制问卷在入院后1-2d和出院前1-2d,采用访谈法对80例糖尿病患者进行调查。结果患者对健康教育知识的需求具有倾向性和规律性,但也存在一些误区,有待护理人员的正确引导。健康教育方法的需求具有多样性,在出院后健康教育方式选择上,护士家访受到青睐。结论护士开展健康教育时,要根据患者对健康教育需求的特点有针对性地进行。Objective To investigate the demands on the healthy education information and methods for the diabetic patients in hospitalization and discharging. Methods Eighty diabetic patients were investigated by interview with self made questionnaire at 1 -2d after hospitalization and before discharging. Results The demands of diabetic patients on healthy education had tendency and regularity, but there were some mistakes awaiting correct guidance by nurses. The needs of healthy education methods possessed diversity and nurse home visit fund favor in patient＇s eyes. Conclusion The individualization is needed on diabetic healthy education. Nurses should carry out the healthy education according to the requirements of the patients.
