摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化发生和发展与多种因素有关,其发病机制尚不清楚.胆红素作为有效的脂溶性抗氧化剂,具有抑制低密度脂蛋白氧化和动脉粥样硬化的作用.本文就胆红素在动脉粥样硬化发生发展中的作用进行综述.The arteriosclerosis is related to many factors and its pathogenesy is unknown. As an effective lipid-soluble antioxidant, Bilirubin can inhibit the oxidation of lower density lipoprotein. This review discussed and summarized the effect of Bilirubin in the development of Coronary Scleratheroma.
