摘　　要：政府流程再造问题的研究正在成为一块方兴未艾的热土,近年来我国地方政府在探索服务型政府建设的进程中也开始尝试政府流程再造。基于这一理念,本文着眼于理论认知,并结合当代中国政府在其改革实践中所存在的诸多现实困境,以期努力探寻具有针对性和可操作性的发展策略。The research of government process reengineering is becoming a field in the ascendant, The local governments in China begin to implement government process reengineering in the process of exploring the construction of service government in recent years. Based on this idea, this paper focuses on theoretical cognition, combining many realistic difficult positions which exist in contemporary Chinese government＇s reform practice. In the hope of searching pointed and feasibility development strategy, the author makes a theoretical analysis of the reality of government process reengineering.
