摘　　要：目的观察神经生长因子(NGF)在哮喘大鼠肺内的表达及地塞米松对其表达影响,研究NGF在哮喘中的作用。方法将45只大鼠随机分为对照组、哮喘组和地塞米松干预组。HE染色测量呼吸道平滑肌厚度;免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠肺内NGF表达。结果1.哮喘组呼吸道平滑肌厚度及NGF的表达均高于对照和干预组(Pa<0.05);2.干预组NGF表达与对照组比较仍较高(P<0.05);3.NGF的表达与呼吸道平滑肌厚度呈正相关。结论哮喘大鼠肺NGF的表达增高,糖皮质激素可减少NGF表达。Objective To investigate the role of nerve growth factor（NGF） in asthmatic rats by observing the expression of NGF and effects of corticosteroid on the expression of NGF in lungs of asthmatic rats. Methods Forty - five rats were randomly devided into 3 groups ： control group, asthmatic group, therapeutic group with cortieosteroid. The thickness of airway smooth musle （ ASM ） was measured by HE staining, and the expression of NGF was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Results 1. The thickness of ASM,the expression of NGF and were significantly higher in asthmatic group than those of control group and therapeutic group（Pa 〈 0.05 ）. 2. It was much higher in therapeutic group than those in control group（P 〈0.05 ）. 3. There was a positive relationship between the level of expression of NGF and the thickness of ASM. Conclusion The expression of NGF increased in the lung tissues of asthmatic rats, and corticosteroid can reduce the expression of NGF.
