摘　　要：根据并行工程应用环境中对产品数据管理的各项需求,建立产品数据管理系统,完成产品文档管理、工作流程管理、BOM表的生成与管理、应用系统封装与集成等各项功能。Basing on a variety of demands for which the concurrent engineering asks product data management system in applieafional environment, this paper establishes the product data management system which can realize some fanctiorts as product document management;work process management, huilding and management of BOM（Bill of Material）, encapsulation and integration of application system and so on.
