论创新背景下我国产学官联盟与知识产权转移

摘　　要：在创新的时代背景下,产学官联盟在我国自主创新中发挥着重要的作用。我国应当从创新的层面看待产学官联盟,构建起合理的产学官联盟知识产权转移创新平台。针对目前产学官联盟与知识产权转移过程中的突出问题,应当从政府、大学、产业三个层面采取相应的政策与策略。At present, Industry-Academic-Government （I-A-G） alliance, playing a significant role in the context of independent innovation of China, should be viewed from a perspective of innovation and intellectual property transfer platform based on the I-A-G liance and intellectual property gies based on the three levels alliance be established. transfer in present-day, Considering that there exist prominent problems in I-A-G alChina is supposed to adopt corresponding policies and strategovernment, university and industry.
