摘  要:研究了在现有低合金高速钢基本成分基础上,进一步降低W、Mo等价格较贵的稀有合金元素的含量,同时加入廉价的Al和微量N、Nb、RE等元素的超低合金高速钢的组织与性能。利用光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)分析了超低W、Mo高速钢的显微镜组织及微区成分。对钢的硬度、回火稳定性和耐磨性等性能进行了试验。研究了Al含量对含Al超低合金高速钢热处理工艺及红硬性的影响。Microstructure and property of ultra-low alloy high speed steel, in which the expensive elements of W and Mo were decreased and inexpensive Al and minor N, Nb, RE, etc were inserted on the basis of the existing low alloy high speed steel, were studied. The microstructrue and phase composition of the ultra-low Wand Mo high speed steel were analyzed by OM,XRO, SEM and EDS. The properties of the steel, such as hardness,resistance to tempering and wearability, were tested o Influence of the aluminum contents on heat treatment process and red hardness of the ultra-low alloy high speed steel containing Al were also studied
