摘  要:以内蒙古水利科学研究院坝口子水土保持植物开发中心的俄罗斯沙棘品种与中国沙棘优良类型互为父母本的杂交子代为研究对象,在目测选优的基础上对10个组合24个杂交子代,通过百果重、棘刺密度、果柄长度3个主要经济性状的综合评价,从中选育出13个优良杂交子代,包括两个优良类型。大果类型:百果重在30g以上,少刺类型:棘刺密度在1.5个/10 cm以下。同时就适应性指标——保存率等性状也进行调查统计分析,为果用型沙棘优良品种的进一步选育提供材料及参考依据。Individuals of the hybrid between Russian and chinese seabuckthom cultivars were taken as the research object and the experiment was carried out at Bakouzi Water Conservancy Station, which belonged to Inner mongolian Academy of Water Conservancy Science. Based on observation on 10 combinations(24 bybrid filial generation individuals)and evaluation of 3 main econnmic traits - 100 - pod weight, density of thorns, 13 superior individuals of hybrid filial generation were selected, which contained 2 good types ( type 1 : 100 - podweight was above 30g, type 2 : density of thorns was blom 1.5per 10cm. ) ,also many characters,such as the index of adaptability-the conservation rate;the index of fruit production- length of annual shoots were investigated and analyzed.
