摘　　要：本文首先分析了社会偏好、企业家的技术创新和制度创新等因素对产业结构的影响机理然;然后描述了企业家持续创新系统的形成及该系统运行对产业结构的作用,揭示出企业家持续创新形成的原因及其对产业结构优化的根本推动作用;最后为如何加快产业结构优化提供了若干建议。This article shows the reason of entrepreneur＇s continual innovation and the fundamental effects on industrial structure. It then describes the system of continual innovation and its effects on industrial structure. Finally, some suggestions on how to accelerate the process of industrial structure are provided.
