环氧-双马来酰亚胺-TOA体系固化物性能的研究

摘  要:在苯甲酸铅作为催化剂的条件下,引入某种改性剂,对环氧-双马来酰亚胺-TOA体系固化物的力学性能、介电性能、耐热性能进行了研究,同时也研究了环氧-双马来酰亚胺-TOA-苯甲酸铅-改性剂体系的室温贮存性能。结果表明:引入改性剂之后,该固化物的介电谱图,其峰温高达161℃,而介电损耗的峰值仅为2.21%;155℃时的热态抗弯强度达到13MPa;25℃的冲击强度为13.6kJ/m2;耐温指数大于155℃;并且其相应胶粘剂的室温贮存期可达4个月以上,因此对于制作F级粉云母带的粘合剂是很有利的。The Epoxy Bismaleimide TOA cured system with the catalysis of metallic carboxylate has been studied with a view to investigate the effect of modifiers on the properties such as mechanical properties, dielectric properties and thermostability. In addition, the ambient temperature storage pro perties of this modified system also has been determined. The results show that after being added by an effective modifier, the cured system not only remains the excellent dielectric properties (the dissipation factor is only 2.21% at 161 ℃), but also greatly improves its flexural strength at high temperature(130 kg/cm 2,155 ℃) its impact strength at room temperature (13.6 kg·cm/cm 2,25 ℃) and its heat resistance index>155℃. Moreover, the binder has long storage life (over 4 mouths) at room temperature. The modified system is very suitable to be applied as a binder for F Class micapaper tapes.
