摘  要:在研究得出梯形和矩形两种型面纵肋管束传热性能及流阻性能的基础上,依据换热过程的热力学能量原理,着重分析两肋片管束换热器的能量特性,探讨管束节距、肋高及厚度等结构参数和雷诺数及热流密度等工况参数对其能量利用的影响。研究结果表明:同为纵肋管束,但由于肋片截面形式不同,梯形和矩形纵肋管束综合能量利用程度差异较大;在相同的结构和工况条件下。Based on the properties of heat transfer and flow resistance of longitudinally finned cross flow tube banks with trapezoid fins and rectangular fins,and thermodynamic energy principle of heat exchange process,the energy characteristics of bundle heat exchangers with trapezoid fins and rectangular fins were analysed.The influences of some structure parameter(the pitches,height,and thickness),working condition(Reynolds,heat flux density)were discussed.The results show that there is a larger difference in comprehensive utilization of energy between the two tube banks for different sectional forms of fins,the longitudinally finned cross flow tube banks with trapezoid fins possess good performance in comprehensive utilization of energy with the same structure and in the same working conditions.
