摘　　要：提出了静态控制权限和动态控制权限的设置方案,研究了应用新的面向对象语言C#.NET编程,在NET编程环境中利用TreeView Web控件通过数据库编程生成动态目录树。TreeView Web控件的直观性、易用性和NET良好的异构语言编程环境为企业建立用户管理系统提供很好的操作平台。The user management is a primary aspect in product data management （PDM） system.This paper analyzes the objects of user management and proposes a method including static control authorization and dynamic control authorization. Through studying programme application by C#.NET which is a new oriented-object language,the dynamic dictionarytree using TreeView Web controlled component is created in NET by technology of database programming.Based on the analysis of convenience of TreeView Web controlled component and support for heterogeneous programming system in NET,a better operation platform can be presented for enterprises＇ founding the user management system.
