摘　　要：结合产品设计管理的相关理论,着重分析了产品设计流程管理的意义内容和管理方法,并提出了在管理流程中应着重注意的方面。This article mainly analyzes the significance,contents and management method of product design flow combined with the related theory of product design management and puts forward the matters needing attention in management flow.
