摘　　要：职务消费货币化极易导致人们的心理失衡,使正常的价值观念紊乱和引发职务消费者的“不作为”。因此,应重新诠释职务消费的理念,强化对公职人员的思想教育,完善制度体系,让职务消费走向科学规范。It is the duty expense monetization that cause people＇s psychology to be unbalanced, make the normal view of value disordered, and lead to the duty consumers＇ non-action. So the public official＇s ideological education should be strengthened, the institutional framework should be perfected, in order to make the duty expense move towards the scientific standard.
