摘 要:矩阵变换器在拓扑结构上很简单,且具有很强的可控性。但20多年来,人们一直把注意力集中在一种拓扑结构上,即直接式矩阵变换器,该变换器换流方法和调制策略比较复杂。本文介绍了另外一种拓扑结构的矩阵变换器——间接式矩阵变换器,并根据其拓扑结构对调制策略及零电流换流方法进行了深入分析和研究,通过Matlab软件对其进行建模仿真,仿真结果表明,间接式矩阵变换器拓扑结构正确可行,换流方法和调制策略相对比较简单,开关损耗小。Matrix converter is simple in the structure of topology and it is easy to be controlled. However in the past of the 20 years, only a topology structure was noticed, that is direct matrix converter. The converter is more complex in the commutation and in the modulation strategy. So a novel matrix converter is presented. It is called indirect matrix converter. Then its modulation strategy and zero current commutation are deeply analysed and researched. Its model is established and the simulation is made through Matlab. The simulation result showed the topology of indirect matrix converter is feasible and its commutation and modulation strategy is simpler. The loss of the switches is smaller.
