变电站PT二次计量系统过电压保护的研究

摘　　要：瞬态过电压入侵变电站电压互感器(PT)二次计量系统会造成计量设备损坏,给电能计量带来损失。本文提出了PT二次计量系统瞬态过电压保护方案,并分析了该方案对计量系统准确性造成的影响。通过对保护方案进行EMTP仿真计算,确定了方案的过电压保护水平。Transient over-voltages what enter substation PT secondary metering system can destroy electric metering, and lead serious loss of power metering. Reported a rationalized protection scheme of transient over-vohage on PT secondary system, and analyzes the influence of the vercaity of the scheme for the PT secondary electric metering system. Through simulating the scheme bv EMTP. confirm the nrotective level.
