摘　　要：应用高效液相色谱、薄层色谱、质谱及核磁共振谱等仪器分析手段，提出了成色剂ＣＯＹ—５中主要杂质的分子结构，指出了该杂质的产生原因和机理。The molecular structure of the main organic impurity in COY 5 was determined by means of HPLC, TLC, MS, and HNMR. Meanwhile, the causes and mechnism of generating the impurity and the optimummethod to decrease the content of the impurityin COY 5 were indicated.
