摘　　要：目的分析接种狂犬病疫苗后引起预防接种反应的729例病例流行病学特征,探讨在无禁忌症情况下接种狂犬病疫苗出现接种反应的频率和反应程度。方法收集博罗县疾控中心接种门诊在2004-2006年接种狂犬病疫苗后出现接种反应的病例,并进行调查分析。结果接种狂犬病疫苗的3563人中出现接种反应的有729例,接种总反应率为20.46%;接种反应以一般反应为主,异常反应占总接种人数的1.12%;有4例孕妇接种后出现流产现象。结论因狂犬病可防不可治,对少数受种者不可避免出现不同程度的接种反应,应探讨如何减少异常反应的发生。Objective To analyze the reaction after inoculation of rabies vaccine in 729 cases and provide scientific reference for reducing the reactions due to vaccination. Methods The frequency and extent of reaction after vaccination with rabies vaccine in 729 cases with reactions after inoculation of rabies vaccine the period of 2004-2006 in the outpatient department of Boluo County Center for Disease Control and Prevention were sta＇veyed and analyzed. Results Totally 3 563 people reveived infection of rabies vaccine and reactions occurred to 729 of them after vaccination with a total reaction rate of 20.46%. Abornal reactions ocuurred to 1.12% of them inoculated with rabies vaccine. Abortion occurred to 4 pregnant women after vaccination. Conclusion Reaction resulted in from vaccination may occur and measures be taken to prevent the occcurrece of serious reaction after vaccination.
