摘　　要：南洋教育集团的崩溃并非偶然,是多方因素合力的必然结果。这些影响力量包括:我国市场经济调控过程中的政策变更与特定运作成分构成的大环境问题;民办高校发展过程中相关政策与行政问题;集团运营中内部理念与管理问题;以及“南洋”执掌者个人认识与决策问题。“南洋”事件启示我们,在发展民办高校过程中,要把握好市场走向,主动防范风险,理性扩张,加快现代学校制度的建立。The breakup of Nanyang education group is the inevitable outcome of several resultant forces. These influence factors include： the great environment problems constituted of the change of policy and particular composition of operation in the process of adjusting and controlling market economy; the related policy and the administration problem in the development of non-government higher education; the internal principle and the management problem in the group; and the problem in personal understanding and decision of the operator of Nanyang education group. The case of Nanyang education group enlightens us that in the process of developing non-government higher education, we must grasp the tendency of market, guard against risk actively, and speed the establishment of modem school system.
