摘 要:以改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇和均苯四甲酸酐为主要原材料,利用酸酐与聚氨酯预聚体反应合成了聚氨酯-酰亚胺(PUI)嵌段共聚物,并对其进行了FT-IR、TGA和DMA测试分析。结果表明,PUI共聚物中存在均苯四酸二酰亚胺结构;酰亚胺结构能够改善共聚物的热分解性能,初始分解温度提高了近20%;PUI共聚物的tanδ主要由软段贡献,当酰亚胺含量的增加,tanδ峰变宽,且峰值变小。在相同温度下的E′随酰亚胺含量的增加而增大,且均高于纯聚氨酯。A series of segmented polyurethane-imides were synthesized from modified 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI), polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) and pyromelltic dianhydride (PMI)A) by two-step method. Their structures and peoperties were investigated by FT-IR, TGA and DMA. The result showed that the imide structure was existed in the obtained PUIs. With the increase of the contents of the imide, the thermal properties of PUIs were improved obviously, while the damping properties were decreased. DMA results revealed that tanδ values were mostly determined by the contents of the soft segment. The tanδ curves of the PUIs gradually shifted to a wider range and tanδ peak values decreased when the contents of the imide structure increased. The values of E′ at the same testing temperature showed the opposite trend to tanδ peak values.
