摘  要:油内比大、含表面活性剂量少的稀型乳状液,不易溶胀,易被破乳;在工频电压为3.5kV时,就实现了破乳过程.因而,稀型乳状液膜分离法较顺利地实行了工业应用.用该法处理酸性含锌废水的工业过程得到了良好的结果:被处理后的废水可以排放,过程无二次污染;破乳过程使用电压低;整个处理过程中所用的试剂、水。Dilute emulsion is an emulsion which contains less surfactant and is not very steady and is easy to deemulsificate. It is broken down under 3.5 kV with 50Hz industrial frequency. The application of liquid membrane technique in industrial scale is restricted by the difficulty in deemulsification. So dilute emulsion can be widely used. The treatment of zinc containing acidic wastewater in industrial scale has been successful with the dilute emulsion liquid membrane. The results show that the zinc amount in the raffinate is low and is allowed to discharge; there is not the second pollution; the cost of operation is less than the profit of the recovered ZnSO 4.
