摘 要:以反应注射成型氨酯(RIM-PU)为基体树脂,研制了以玻纤为增强剂的增强反应注射成型聚氨酯(RRIM—PU)材料。讨论了原材料及玻纤对RRIM—PU加工工艺及材料性能的影响。结果表明,以碳化二亚胺改性的异氩酸酯(CM-MDI)和低聚合异氩酸酯改性的异氩酸酯(PAPI)混合物与丙烯腈-苯乙烯接枝改性环氧乙烷封端的聚醚二元醇(APG)为主要原料,玻纤长度不大于1.5 mm时,不仅RRIM加工工艺性好,而且RRIM—PU力学性能和热稳定性优良,特别是与RIM—PU相比性能明显提高。RRIM - PU had been developed with glass fiber as reinforcement and RIM - PU as matrix.Discuss the effect of RIM - PU raw materials and reinforcement on the processing and material properties of RRIM -PU.The results show that the processing property of RRIM -PU is not only good.with CM -MDI/ PAPI blend and APG being as raw materials and GF length being no more than I.5 mm,but the mechanical properties and thermal stability are excellent,and the properties of RRIM - PU is obviously increased especially than RIM-PU.
