摘 要:目的:探讨正常足月儿血清甲状腺激素水平与早期体格生长发育的关系。方法:对56例正常足月儿于生后4周时测定其身长、体重,计算其每日身长增值和每日体重增值,同时用化学发光法测其血清甲状腺激素。结果:正常足月儿出生体重和出生身长与TT3均呈正相关(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),而与TT4、FT4、FT3、TSH无直线相关关系(P〉0.05)。婴儿每日体重增值、每日身长增值与血清T13、TT4、FT4、FT3、TSH水平无直线相关关系(P〉0.05)。结论:婴儿甲状腺激素水平的差异可持续到生后4~5周。在婴儿早期,尤其是在头1个月,甲状腺激素水平并不是影响婴儿体格生长发育的主要因素。Objective: To investigate relationship of thyroid hormones to early growth in full-term infants. Methods: TT4, FT4, TT3, FT3, TSH and body length, body weight were measure by chemiluminescent immunoassay at 4 weeks in 56 full-term infants. Added body length and body weight per day were calculated. Results: The birth length and birth weight was positively correlated to TT3, but not correlated to TT4, FT4, FT3, TSH in full-term infants. The added body length and body weight per day were not correlated to TT4, FT4, TT3, FT3,TSH. Conclusion: The difference of the thyroid hormones level can persist to 4~5th week after birth. At early period, especially the first month, the thyroid hormones level is not the main influence factor in infant growth.
