摘　　要：阐述了开发上市公司董事会业绩评价模型的意义,建立了业绩评价指标体系,并介绍了业绩评价模型实现的思想,描述了模糊综合评价系统的综合评价机理,最后给出了应用实例。应用实例表明,该模糊综合评价系统计算速度快、结果表达清楚、显示方式直观灵活。The importance of developing a performance model for the board of directors in listed companies was pointed out. An index system for the model was designed and how to implement this model was explained. Comprehensive evaluation mechanism of the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation system was described. Its practical example is given, showing that the evaluation system is characterized by the fast computation, clear results and direct and flexible displays.
