人肝癌细胞系HepG2生物学特性分析

摘　　要：人肝癌细胞系HepG2是进行抗癌药物检测及肝细胞生理性状研究的重要细胞系．充分了解该细胞系的生长增殖和遗传特性．对于细胞系的应用具有重要意义．本研究对体外连续传代培养的HepG2细胞，进行了生长曲线、分裂指数、染色体核型等生物学特性分析．结果表明：HepG2细胞在体外培养条件下，生长曲线呈典型的S形，群体倍增时间为24h；分裂指数最高达4．5％；染色体数目为41～114．染色体众数为54～69（80％）．Human hepatoma cell HepG2 is an important cell line in carcinoma-resistance drug checking and hepatic cell characteristic research. In order to study the proliferate and genetic characteristics of HepG2 cell,which is much significative in employing it,the growth curve,division index and caryotype of the cell cultured in vitro were investigated. The results showed that the growth curve presented typical ＂S＂ ,the population multiplying time is 24 h,the top of the division index reached 4. 5 %, the numbers of chromosomes were 41- 114, and the caryotype analysis showed complicated rearrangements with a modal number of 54-69（80%）.
