摘　　要：利用地理信息系统(GIS)为基本运行平台,通过对其进行专用的服务应用的功能裁剪,并利用微软COM技术进行二次开发和整合,从而建立起内蒙古界内、融合空间地理信息的、具有区域专业性服务的天气实况自动化、流程化动态监测系统.该系统已投入业务应用,并通过信息发布平台服务于社会及行业用户.GIS was used to be a basic running platform,by the means of cutting out the special and applicable function and carrying out the second development and conformity with the Microsoft COM technology,a dynamic monitoring system of weather actual value was built up. It monitored the area of Inner Mongolia, merged spatial geographic information and had regional specialization service. The system was used in the business application, and served the society and special consumers by the information issuing platform.
