摘　　要：掌握专用集成电路的设计技术是未来电子工程师的必备能力之一，除了理论学习之外，ＩＣ－ＣＡＤ工具的应用及实际电路的测试技术同样是ＶＬＳＩ电路设计教学中的重要环节。文中从三方面阐述面向学生的ＩＣ－ＣＡＤ软件：（１）基于ＰＣ机的ＩＣ－ＣＡＤ工具概述；（２）模拟器中基于ＰＳＰＩＣＥＭＯＳ３模型的演变；ASIC design technology is an important capacity of the future electronics engineers.Except the theoretical presentations,the CAD tool applications and realistic chips measurements are also included in advance training courses of VLSI.This paper states a student oriented package in the following aspects:1) A PC based IC CAD tool is presented briefly;2) modifications and computation of MOS model,which is based on Pspice level 3 model is extented;3) the specific education chips,realized in INSA are stated.
