摘　　要：目的研究医院信息系统在整体医疗实践过程中的应用及效果。方法对医院信息系统在整体医疗各环节的应用,包括门诊、病房以及医疗质量管理等方面的工作效率、病人满意程度进行分析。结果医院信息系统能使所有病人的诊治更高效、准确、快捷,病人满意度更高,表现为长期固定病人比率逐年以6.9%比例上升。结论在整体医疗的实践中,医院信息系统的应用能创造更高的工作效益,更能体现以病人为中心的管理理念。Objective To study the application and effect of hospita linformation system in the practice of holistic medical treatment. Methods By the use of the hospital information system in all department of our hospital,we analyze the work efficiency of out-patient department,inpatient department and medical quality management system and the satisfaction degree of the patients. Results Hospital information system can improve the efficiency and accurate of diagnosis,and provide more prompt therapy for the patients. The patients are more satisfactory with our medical service,which show an increase rate about 6.9%of long-term permanent patients year by year. Conclusions In the practice of holistic medical treatment, the application of hospital information system can result in higher work efficiency and implement the management ideal of putting patients at the center role of the medical practice.
