摘  要:目的 探讨罗库溴铵和维库溴铵对大鼠膈肌-膈神经不均匀牵拉标本神经肌肉接头终板电位(EPP)最初衰减的影响。方法 健康成年Wistar大鼠,体重160~220g,雌雄不拘。快速处死大鼠制备离体膈肌-膈神经不均匀牵拉标本;记录到正常微终板电位和EPP后,分别观察浓度为4×EC95、2×EC95、1×EC95、0.5×EC95的罗库溴铵和维库溴铵对EPP幅度及串EPP最初衰减的影响。结果 罗库溴铵和维库溴铵对EPP幅度和串EPP最初衰减均有不同程度的抑制作用。与维库溴铵相比,罗库溴铵的起效时间缩短,且抑制程度较高。结论 罗库溴铵和维库溴铵均有一定程度的突触前抑制作用,与维库溴铵相比,罗库溴铵起效更快、作用更强。Objective To investigate the effects of rocuronium and vecuronium on initial run-down of endplate potential (EPP) in isolated non-uniform stretched muscle preparation (INSMP) of rat diaphragm. Methods Adult Wistar rats of both sexes weighing 160-220 g were used in this study. The animals were killed and INSMP of diaphragm was prepared. Miniature endplate potentials (MEPPs) and endplate potentials (EPPs) could be recorded simultaneously with one microelectrode from one endplate. The effects of 4 concentrations of rocuronium and vecuronium (4 × EC95 , 2 × EC95 , 1 × EC95 , 0.5 × EC95 ) on the amplitude of EPP and run-down of EPPs were observed. Results Both rocuronium and vecuronium could decrease not only the amplitude of EPP but also the run-down of EPPs. But the onset time of rocuronium was earlier and the decrease degree was more than those of vecuronium. Conclusion Both rocuronium and vecuronium might have presynaptic effect on neuromuscular junction in INSMP and the effect of roeuronium is earlier and stronger than that of vecuronium.
