利用黄河淤泥废料开发烧结承重多孔砖的研究

摘　　要：本文主要介绍产品开发方面的研究,包括黄河淤泥作为烧结承重多孔砖原材料的材料性能研究、多孔砖的配料方案及产品成型研究、多孔砖产品的材料性能研究。这些研究为黄河淤泥烧结承重多孔砖在黄河沿岸地域替代黏土实心砖提供了技术支持。Using Yellow river silt to develop wall material can,on one hand,clear Yellow River silt and release the serious situation of'second-class hanging river';on another,it can reduce the pressure of the present reform of wall materials and provide a new outlet for this situation. Recently,we have started a study related to the application of Yellow River silt to develop and explore bearing cellular bricks and have obtained some stage results.This paper mainly introduced the study of the development of this new product,including the study of material performance,batching scheme and product-forming of the raw material and the material performance of the silt-made cellular bricks.This study will provide a technical reference for using Yellow River silt cellular bricks to replace solid clay bricks in the regions along Yellow River.
