摘　　要：使用承包商的保障方式来加强装备保障,装备部门就不必操心或直接筹划野战装备保障,军队就可集中精力于主要任务。在战场上,承包商用纪律约束职工,指挥员通过合同条款和条件行使间接指挥和控制。军队的保障计划包括对承包商人员的安全和保障,保护他们免遭敌人袭击。Based on contractor safeguarding the equipment support, the equipment department may not carry about or plan the field operation equipment support directly. The army could pay more attention to the main task, In battlefield, the contractor restrains the employees by regulations, and the commander can command and control by contract and conditions indirectly. The support plan of army includes protect the safety and support of contractors and prevent them from attacks.
