摘　　要：高温气冷反应堆所使用的燃料(UO_2)微球很小,直径只有500μm,要对这样小的微球进行不圆度(D_(max)/D_(min))测量遇到的困难是:(1)必须在放大的状态下进行非接触测量,(2)测量设备要能使微球(或其图像)随意转动或者其量规可以在任意方向测量。数字图像系统在测量方式、分辨力和测量精度几个方面均能满足测量要求。本文给出的微球不圆度的测量精度为0.03。The fuel microspheres(UO2) for High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor have very small diameter of 500μ. The equipment used for microsphere shape factor measurement must be capable of multiplying the images of microspheres and of measuring the sizes in every direction. The digital image system is satisfied for micro-sphere shape factor measurement in respects of measuring way, resolution power and precision. In this paper the precision 0. 03 is given.
