摘　　要：目的:通过调查与反馈,规范院内围手术期抗菌药物使用,保证围手术期患者安全。方法:回顾性调查排除感染征象的非急诊手术病例1546例的围手术期抗菌药物给药方法和使用时间,并将结果向科主任和院长反馈。结果:通过反馈全院抗菌药物带入手术室使用率上升8.6%,部分围手术期抗菌药物使用天数缩短。结论:调查数据的比较分析与及时有效的反馈是规范围手术期抗菌药物合理使用的关键,并有效利用调查数据指导临床工作,增加病人围手术期安全。Objective： To Standardize antibiotic use in peri-operation and insure patient safety. Methods： Retrospective investigated antibiotic application routes and time in 1546 cases. Cases were selected by following cinditions., no infection and not emergency operation case. Results： operating room antibiotic use rate increased 8.6% after investigation. Parts of surgical operation antibiotic use days were shorten in peri-operation. Conclusions.. Comparative analysis and feedback were key factors for Standardizing antibiotic use in peri-operation, antibiotic rational use could increase patient＇ s safety in peri-operation.
